Lipsynch animation

Here's my first lipsynch ever. I used a voice clip of Alec Baldwin from 30 Rock. Done with Maya 2009.

Some of my animations...

Here are some of the animations I did for the first semester. The longest one is the broadcasting assignment, which I did for my broadcasting class, and it was also the final project of the semester. I had to pick one TV channel and make a station id for it. I also had to model everything, animate, light the scene, and render it. The only thing I did not model is the pink space alien, people in the fourth semester in the Digital Animation program modeled and rigged him for their final project, I just got to borrow him.
The rest are just animation exercises. Except the blooper one, I have no idea what happened there, but it looks pretty funny.
All of this was done in Maya 2009, and the broadcasting assignment was also done in After Effects.

Rigging and modeling my first character

This is my first fully modeled and rigged character. He is also my own original design. The original drawing was made with pencil/pen on paper, then coloured in PaintShop. The character was then modeled and rigged using Maya 2009. I call him Tugger Bruce, by the way. Don't know why.

Storyboard assignments

I've been taking a few storyboard lessons at Centennial, and these are the assignments I've done so far. They are all drawn with pencils/pens and shaded with markers. All the characters/ideas are mine, except the Knorr boards, those storyboards are just a copy of the actual commercial, I was in no way involved with the making of that awesome campaign.
